I’m Eoin, and I have Congenital Heart Disease. My defects are Uni-ventricle Heart, Pulmonary Stenosis and Pulmonary Hypertension. I’ve had 2 major open heart surgeries and numerous cardiac catherisations since birth. I take daily medication and I am on Warfarin which can impact some on my everyday life. My care is life long and I am seen every 6-12 months by the cardiac team in the Royal in Belfast. I am a member of the brilliant charity BraveheartsNI. which provides valuable support to Bravehearts.
